Trustees

The London and Slough Run has a board of Trustees who meet quarterly to review financial matters as well as looking at the overall management of the ‘Runs’.  Introducing:

John Power – Chairman –  John has been a volunteer for the past 9 years and has been Chairman for the past 4 years. In addition to his role as Chairman, John has been the key driving force in launching the Winter Night Shelter which has been successfully taking homeless people off the streets in the coldest months of the year for the past three years.

Terry McDonnell – Trustee & Treasurer – Terry is a retired Chartered Accountant.  He has been associated with the London & Slough Run for over 20 years, initially as a “runner”, and as Treasurer for the last 14 years.

 

Nuala Fox – Trustee & Secretary – Has been involved with the London & Slough Run for approx 18 years, originally as Secretary and later as a Trustee.  Nuala manages the website and Facebook pages as well as being part of the fundraising organising team.

Philip Highy – Trustee and Slough Runner – Philip joined the Trustees of the L&SR in September 2011 but has been involved with the Slough Run for a number of years.

 

Malcolm Johnstone – Trustee & GX Runner – Malcolm is retired and helps extensively at St Joseph’s Church, which is the Gerrards Cross end of the London & Slough Run. He helps with the continuity of supplies of food and clothing for the homeless run.
Christina Brackenridge – Trustee & Slough Runner – Christina joined the Board of Trustees in 2015, having been a volunteer and fundraiser with the London & Slough Run for several years.
Gary Devanney – Trustee and Slough Runner – Gary first joined the London & Slough Run in June 2013 as part of the St Francis Church volunteer team.  He  joined the Trustees in June 2016, representing St Francis Church of Ascot.
